Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

As each Ira:Kish piece is meticulously crafted with care, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order is placed. We kindly request you to be certain of your purchase before checking out.

If you receive a defective item, please email us at hello@irakish.com within 48 hours of delivery, with the subject line ‘DEFECT’ along with clear photos of the product from multiple angles.

• Upon review, if approved, the product will be replaced with the same item.

• We do not offer returns or refunds for defective items.

• Ira:Kish reserves the right to determine the eligibility of replacement after internal quality checks.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges on any pieces once sold.
